Description

NYSDOT's Highway Emergency Local Patrol (H.E.L.P.) Vehicles provide roadside emergency services on many major roads throughout the state during peak travel times. The service helps to increase safety and decrease congestion by clearing disabled vehicles from active travel lanes.
