Membership agreement between HVTMC, TRANSCOM, Mid-Hudson South TCC (NYTMC), FHWA, and FTA in relation to the HVTMC Steering Committee. These are interested stakeholders in a transportation system in the region that contribute to the Center, and serve an advisory role to the Partners on the Steering Committee. Their responsibilities involve advising partners on the issues being considered by the Steering Committee, as well as advocating policy and communicating on interests or opportunities for ITS within their respective agencies.
