Partnership agreement between NYSDOT, NYSP, NYSTA, NYSBA, and Westchester County in relation to the HVTMC Steering Committee. Associated roles include discussing interagency issues, endorse policy recommendations from steering committee, cooperate on funding for desired projects, and discuss and adopt procedures to handle public inquiry in a unified manner. Within the respective agencies, the role of a partner also involves providing communication with the Steering Committee, recommending capital programming for projects, and advocating for policy adoption.
