Owner/Operator of electronic toll collection systems on toll bridges systems in New York State. It has authority over the following bridges: Bear Mountain Bridge, Newburgh-Beacon Bridge, Mid-Hudson Bridge, Kingston-Rhinecliff Bridge, the Rip Van Winkle Bridge, and the Walkway Over The Hudson Bridge.
