Agreement between the City of White Plains Traffic Division of Parking, the HVTMC, the City of White Plains Police Department (CWPPD). This agreement allows for the HVTMC and CWPPD to have 24/7 real-time access to the city traffic control system (TCS) in order to monitor/control the City's signals and support the traffic incident management system.
