Description

This MOU established the planning process for determining air quality conformity for the Poughkeepsie Ozone Non-Attainment Area, which the DCTC once shared with the New York Metropolitan Transportation Council (NYMTC) and OCTC. As of July 20, 2013, Dutchess County is no longer in non-attainment and is not required to demonstrate air quality conformity. The start date for this agreement is 8/20/2010.
