Agreement between the City of Newburgh, Orange County Emergency Management, and NOAA Weather Radio (NWR) to coordinate in order to provide continuous 24-hour radio broadcasts of the latest weather information including severe weather warnings. The NWR also broadcasts non-weather-related emergency warnings, and is a component of Emergency Alert System (EAS) for wide-area alert services.
