Description

Agreement between all departments in the Town of New Windsor that allows department resources and vehicles to be used for the coordination of disaster related transmissions if a Level 2 Response is declared during normal working hours. For instance, police and fire vehicles with public-address systems may be used to inform people in a threatened area, and advise them of a specific action to take. This assists with wide-area alert, evacuation/re-entry management, and overall emergency management in the Town of New Windsor.
