Agreement between the Town of Poughkeepsie and the private sector to work cooperatively with on incident planning, communications, and operational execution activities. These agencies also agree to share information including threats and warnings, before, during, and after an incident. This supports coordination and incident management in the Town of Poughkeepsie.
