Description

Incidental use agreement between Dutchess County Division of Public Transit and municipal agencies. If federal funding was used to purchase buses, County transit agencies can use their vehicles to assist other agencies (for example as emergency vehicles to assist the Dutchess County Sheriff's Office). This supports emergency management efforts in Dutchess County.
